Supply Chain Resiliency

Supply Chain disruptions have become the rule rather than the exception. We have seen this building for years, culminating in 2020 – probably the most challenging year for Supply Chains since at least since the Financial Crisis of 2008-2009, but maybe even farther back. Resiliency is the flexibility to adapt and recover from these sudden shocks to the Supply Chain. If your model is fixed, it may not adapt well and may put your entire company at risk.
