Introduction to the Port of Long Beach

In this edition of the Expeditors Seminar Series, we invite our customers to join us for an introduction and overview of port operations in our backyard. Part one of the informational presentation will come directly from a key representative of the Port of Long Beach, Wendy Fung. The port operations presentation will be followed by a review of related topics impacting both the ports and the container trade industry delivered by Expeditors Director of Ocean Services, Mike Barba. In the afternoon we will provide a first-hand view of the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles on a guided boat tour through the harbor, courtesy of our friends at the Port of Long Beach.
