Incoterms® are recognized in international trade. Parties who use Incoterms® must understand what they are agreeing to when a sales contract refers to an Incoterm®. With the advent of Brexit, and the added Customs and administrative tasks now required, it is important to know who pays the additional costs that may accrue. This Webinar reviews each Incoterms® 2020 rule and discusses the responsibilities of the seller and the buyer, according to that Incoterms® 2020 rule.
